AZTEC PHOTOS ON DISPLAY AT BARNES & NOBLE CAFÉ, KANSAS CITY, MO
In conjunction with Wesley’s book signing and presentations at Barnes and Noble Booksellers, Country Club Plaza in Kansas City, Missouri, 14 black and white photographs from his Aztec photo collection are on display in their café for 3 weeks. The photos, along with 2 text panels, are part of Wesley’s Lost Cultures book and photo series.
The presentations and photo exhibit are all part of Barnes and Noble’s Teacher Appreciation week. Barnes and Noble had Wesley present to numerous elementary, middle and high schools in the Kansas City metro and surrounding area. Five days of presentations accounted for approximately 2,500 school children who learned more of the ancient and modern-day Aztecs.
