A photography exhibit celebrating the descendants of an ancient and highly accomplished civilization titled “Lost Cultures: The Aztecs” will opened March 24, 2008 at The University of Texas-Pan American Visitors Center.
Photographer and author wesley billingslea presented to approximately one thousand students as part of the Texas Gear Up Program, aimed at increasing academic performance & preparation for post-secondary education.
The students were from a number of different middle schools from the Edinburg and McAllen, Texas area.
